Excellence Through People (ETP) is Ireland’s national HR management Standard and a proven business improvement tool. It provides a framework consisting of 8 core criteria that are essential elements for business success.

Jenkinson Consulting were directly involved in developing the current ETP Standard, and have delivered training and development to Advisors and Assessors who support organisations throughout the country. We are the lead organisation in Northern Ireland supporting FÀS – Ireland’s Training & Development Authority - in the development and use of this framework.
