Gerry McKinney MSc

Gerry McKinney has a long standing association with Jenkinson Consulting & Associates and brings a valuable dimension to our team. He has over 30 years senior management experience in a wide range of public and private sector organisations. Prior to establishing his own group of people development businesses in 1995, Gerry held strategic responsibility for staff learning and development in one of the largest Further & Higher Education establishments in Northern Ireland.

Gerry has a wealth of experience working with senior managers and directors on change management strategies and interventions, organisation development and culture creation, leadership, team development and performance management. He is an accomplished coach and mentor, and his work is now predominantly focused on assisting a broad range of people achieve their ambitions, ranging from senior executives in the business environment to individuals seeking coaching in areas of their lives outside the workplace.

As a Master Trainer for the Tony Robbins Foundation, Gerry coaches senior executives from some of the world’s most successful companies. He holds an MSc in Guidance, Counselling and Psychology, and is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
