CEO Lars Julin is the owner of Peopleway A/S.  Lars has worked in Peopleway for 18 years.  He became CEO un 2008, preceded by appointments in 2003 as Director of Research and Development and 2001 as Chief Consultant.  Lars Julin is the key innovative resource behind the research and development Peopleway® High Impact Learning Approach, the Peopleway® Standard and Peopleway® Solutions. The company has more than 25 years of experience in evaluation of training, development of evaluation methods and evaluation strategies and solutions.
