We assist by chairing selection panels, and by carrying out assessment activities. We involve our clients in the selection process and can provide the necessary training to panel members to perform this important function effectively.
Our expertise in psychometric assessment can be incorporated into your recruitment and selection project to enable a more robust prediction of person to role fit and help to inform hiring decisions.
We liaise with and provide developmental feedback to candidates at all stages and undertake all recruitment administration from our offices, guaranteeing applicant confidentiality. We can also assist with drafting of terms and conditions and the design of an induction for the new appointee.
